- We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any purchased tickets.
- Concessionary tickets are for OAPs, Under 18s and Students (with NUS Card) Proof may be required so please bring some form of ID with you to avoid complications.
- All Under 16s MUST be accompanied by a paying adult.
- For our open-air performance at Tuckton Gardens (Sat 28th May & Thurs 2nd June) please dress appropriately for the weather; there is a marquee which can be used in case od wet weather for audience to stand or sit beneath, and will therefore not be offering refunds in case of wet weather. In the case of very bad weather and the event being cancelled, we will offer a replacement ticket to one of our other performances. We are unable to offer refunds.
- You may not bring alcohol into our Tuckton Gardens performances. (The Rex has an in-house bar where you can purchase drinks, and of course you are welcome to bring these into the autorium with you. You must not bring your own alcohol however).
